Saturday 19th September at Le Montage, Lilyfield
6:30pm – 11:30pm
The 2026 MOAM Gratitude Gala is an evening dedicated to the people who make our mission possible.
Join us for a memorable night as we bring together our supporters, partners, volunteers, sponsors and community to celebrate the impact we have created together for children and families facing life-threatening illness.
Guests will enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes, followed by a premium three-course dining experience at Le Montage, live entertainment, inspiring stories from families whose lives have been touched by Mates on a Mission, exclusive auctions and fundraising opportunities, a first look at our vision for the future … and an amazing night of dancing and celebration with our high energy, guest DJ and entertainment.
More than just a gala, this is a night of gratitude, connection and purpose. Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised will help us continue creating “Little Escapes – Big Memories” for children and families navigating some of life’s toughest challenges.
Expect an evening filled with heartfelt moments, meaningful connections, laughter, inspiration and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Together, we’ll celebrate what we’ve achieved, honour those who make it possible, and help create hope and memories for even more families in the years ahead.

What time should I arrive?
We welcome you from 6:30pm. Get in on time to secure a great parking spot, enjoy your pre-dinner drinks and canapes, mingle with your mates and get some great photos in front of the media wall.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Black Tie, so dress to impress. This night is about YOU, our supporters, so dress like it’s YOUR party … because it is.
Where can I park?
There is plenty of on site parking in the car park and surrounds, but if you are planning on having a few drinks, grab and Uber or a Taxi and relax instead.
What time does the event end?
11:30pm sharp … we’d love to keep partying longer, but we don’t think the local residents would like us very much. But don’t worry, there will be plenty of time to dance the night away on the dancefloor (so ladies, bring your post dinner dancing flats!).
I have a dietary requirement, what should I do?
Please reach out to the person who booked your Table tickets and let them know. The MOAM team will be connecting with them before the event to gather all this information. Alternatively, feel free to email daniella@matesonamission.com.au with your dietary needs.
I want to buy an individual ticket(s), not a whole table – what should I do?
Please email daniella@matesonamission.com.au with your request – we will be releasing individual tickets and we will notify you of the purchasing process for these.
Are children allowed to attend?
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the stories and topics shared throughout the evening, and the event environment itself, we do not recommend attendance for children under 16 years of age.
Please note that child ticket pricing is not available for this event.
What happens if I cannot make it, and I have already paid for my ticket?
A full refund can be issued up to 3 weeks prior to the event. Any tickets cancelled on or after September 5, 2026 cannot be refunded, however they may be transferred to another guest. For all cancellation and transfer requests, please email daniella@matesonamission.com.au
When do ticket sales end?
September 11, 2026, unless sold out prior.
