It’s not about grand gestures or extravagant gifts.

At Mates on a Mission, our promise is simple but powerful: To gift one family every month the chance to step away from hospital visits and treatments and instead spend much-needed quality time together on a dream holiday.

Whether it’s a local getaway or an overseas adventure, the destination will always be their choice, because they deserve to choose how and where they make their memories.

The families selected for these experiences will come from our Community of Mates and are carefully considered by the MOAM Board. This is a decision that is never easy and one that is made with compassion and care, knowing how many families reach out to us through the ‘Apply Now’ link on our website, hoping for the chance to create beautiful memories of their own.

We are always listening. Always talking with these families. Always asking how we can make the biggest difference in their lives.

This is our pledge to you. This is how MOAM gives back to our community – to you, our mates.

We also know that for some families, travel simply isn’t possible.

Their child’s medical needs may prevent them from flying or going far from home. This heartbreaking reality led us to dream bigger.

Our long-term vision?

To build a MOAM Retreat – a safe, beautiful space where families can stay, rest and create those precious moments together without the limitations of distance or medical restrictions.
